Retro Game Friends, or simply Friends, is a vintage video game shop located at the intersection of Chuo Dori and Kuramae-hashi Dori, next to Suehirocho Subway Station, in Akihabara. Here one can find all sorts of retro games for classic systems, such as Famicom, Mega Drive, PC Engine, MSX or NeoGeo, as well as related merchandising and products, such as video game strategy guides and soundtracks.

Retro Game friends doesn’t have the biggest  retro game stock in Akihabara, but they have quite a nice selection of vintage games and video game consoles. They emphasize in delivering clean, working and good looking games, both in complete format (with box and instructions) and cart only. Don’t miss out on the high profile and most sought after games, which are exclusively displayed behind glass in the front desk.
